Maria Alexander
Maria Alexander lives in the Oakcliff community (District 3), is a native to this area, and has always had an interest in local government. She has been a valued employee of the same FORTUNE© 500 company for 26 years. Maria is an intelligent businesswoman with experience in multiple functions such as purchasing, inventory control, information technology, and import/export.
Maria Alexander has always made time for her community by being active in a number of neighborhood and city endeavors, most recently the inaugural Friends of The Doraville Library Book Sale. Maria Alexander says: “I will work for the citizens, not for myself.” As an independent woman who is not afraid of hard work she welcomes the opportunity to represent District 3 on the City Council.
